Found the problem! One of the lift cylinders was leaking internally. Seals were cracked and pinched. Bucket is able to lift up the tractor front wheels like nothing now and the bucket doesn’t leak down anymore. The lift issue just started a week ago. Before then the loader had lots of power as aside from the sloppy SCV pivot blocks, I have had no issues. I have seen the lft drop as soon as i pull back on the stick for lift from a low height at low rpm. Perhaps one of the load checks is bad.
